School Improvement Plan

2025-2026 School Improvement Goals

Goal 1:

100% of students will earn at least 1 industry certification by May of 2026.  Strategies to achieve this will include focus on use of career-specific vocabulary, shifting the cognitive load during direct instruction, and ensuring availability of certifications for each pathway. 

 

Goal 2:

100% of students will have a Career Plan by May of 2026. This will be evidence by  professional and polished resume and mock interview completion.

 

Goal 3:

Decrease the number of students missing more than 15 days of school 10% from 2025. This will be measured by attendance reports / dashboard / and research data.
